The Office of the Deputy Governor announced the promotion of Erica Green to Head of Secretariat within the National Land Secretariat in the Turks and Caicos Islands on August 25, 2026.
Green began her public service career on June 25, 2018, as an Administrative Officer in the Ministry of Finance, Investment and Trade before moving to the National Land Secretariat as Senior Administrative Officer on September 19, 2022. She earned an Associate Degree in Social Work from the Turks and Caicos Islands Community College and completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ashworth College between 2024 and 2026, alongside professional certifications in leadership and organizational change.
In her new post, Green will direct administrative and other operations, oversee Cabinet submissions, handle Parliamentary responses, and coordinate policy tracking between government leaders and stakeholders.
