This site republishes other outlets' reporting alongside machine-generated summaries and translations. Two different kinds of mistake are possible, and they are handled differently.
A summary or translation on this site is wrong
That one is ours. Write to contact@mango.tc with a link to the page and a line on what is wrong. We will correct the summary or remove it within two working days of receiving the message. A corrected entry keeps the same address, so any link to it still works.
The original article is wrong
That one belongs to the publisher who wrote it. Their name and a link to the original are on every article page, and they are the only people who can correct the record itself. If they correct or withdraw a story, write to contact@mango.tc and the entry here will be updated or taken down to match, within the same two working days.
Takedown requests
A publisher who does not want their reporting aggregated here, and anyone named in an article who believes the entry about them is inaccurate or unlawful, can ask for it to be removed. Write to contact@mango.tc, say which pages you mean, and say why.
Requests are reviewed by MD Partners LTD, which publishes this site. A publisher asking to be removed from the aggregator is removed without argument. Where a request concerns a story the originating outlet still has live, the original stays where it is whatever this site does, so it is worth writing to them as well.
