Hyatt has announced an updated opening date for the Andaz Turks and Caicos at Grace Bay, which is now scheduled to debut on April 1, 2027. Located in the Bight area of Providenciales, this property will operate as the only Andaz-branded resort in the Caribbean.
The resort offers a blend of hotel and residential living, featuring 59 hotel rooms and 73 residences. On-site amenities include the Runa Spa, a fitness program, and an Andaz Kids Club, alongside three dining concepts: the all-day Tamarà restaurant, the Palmette café and market, and the poolside Baie. Situated 0.2 miles from the Bight Reef, the property emphasizes local reef conservation within its guest experience.
This schedule marks a two-month advancement from the debut target reported earlier in 2026. Initially announced in 2018, the project faced several delays, missing its original 2021 opening goal before construction efforts launched in 2023. With this update, the luxury resort is now six months away from welcoming its first guests.
