RBC highlights new TCI leadership, expands banking services with Smart ATMs

Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) highlighted the appointment of Phillisia Armbrister as area vice president, Personal & Commercial Banking and country manager for the Turks and Caicos Islands at its Client Appreciation Event at The Palms Turks & Caicos in Providenciales on September 10, 2026, and said its first Smart ATM is installed.

Ericka Rolle, managing director and vice president of Personal Banking for The Bahamas and Turks and Caicos Islands, said Armbrister brings extensive experience, local market knowledge and community passion. Rolle said RBC has delivered on a key commitment with its first Smart ATM in TCI. She said RBC remains committed to developing local talent and supports organizations including United Way of TCI through financial contributions, sponsorships and employee volunteering. “We believe deeply in having people who understand this market,” she said.

A second Smart ATM is on the way, Rolle said, part of a broader RBC commitment to improving service while maintaining access to personal advice and support. She thanked clients for their business and trust, saying RBC looks forward to continuing to serve them.
