Kempinski Grace Bay has moved into vertical construction and raised its tower crane on an 11-acre beachfront site in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, developer JTRE confirmed in August 2026.
Work crews are forming second-floor sections across several buildings, with the residential inventory ranging from 568-square-foot studios to 3,200-square-foot three-bedroom residences.
