Luxury buyers in the Turks & Caicos Islands can now acquire shared stakes in high-end vacation properties through a new strategic partnership formed in August 2026. Brokerage The Agency Turks & Caicos teamed up with co-ownership platform Vangow to introduce managed fractional purchases across the islands.
The shared-ownership setup allows several buyers to hold legal ownership interests in a luxury home while Vangow handles scheduling technology and day-to-day property management. The rollout begins on Providenciales with Navah Villa 6, a contemporary beachfront residence designed by James Hamilton Architects within the Navah Turks and Caicos development.
Looking ahead, the venture is expected to expand to include additional luxury residences across Turks & Caicos as the companies market the co-ownership model internationally.
