Ports of Call Resort in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, has joined Hilton's Tapestry Collection, a portfolio of independent hotels. The announcement by Mahakali Hospitality Management Ltd. marks a milestone for the 103-room resort, which will now carry the Hilton name while keeping its island character.
Over the next year, the property will undergo renovations covering the lobby, fitness centre and other public spaces, designed to enhance the guest experience while preserving the hotel's charm. Mahakali Hospitality Management Ltd. will manage the hotel, with construction led by Leela Construction and Eugene Engineering Designs Ltd. "We're thrilled to begin this exciting new chapter for Ports of Call Resort," said Taiwayne, General Manager of Mahakali Hospitality Management Ltd., adding that joining Hilton allows the resort to reach "an even broader global audience." As part of the collection, guests can expect upscale boutique accommodations with 50-inch televisions, walk-in glass showers, refrigerators and coffeemakers, plus a business centre and fitness centre.
The resort is now part of Hilton Honors, Hilton's loyalty program, whose members booking directly can access a flexible Points-and-money payment slider, an exclusive member discount, free standard WiFi, and app features including check-in and room selection.
